I just replaced the batteries in my 2022 last weekend. The previous weekend used the truck all was fine no issues at all. 3 days later no start. Lights worked fine, everything seemed fine until you pushed the start button lights would go to zero. Went to Wally World to pick up the previously...
Yes they will do it, there is a filter underneath. I have been using them since back 01 or 02. Where we live it is very heavily forested with ponderosa pines and they shed needles like nobodies business in early fall like right now. My driveway will be totally covered with them in a day or two...
Genus garage. Cab fresh filter kit. They tout keeps out dust and smells I guess it doesn’t hurt in those areas but it certainly keeps the junk out of the cowl
I put over 200k miles on some wet okole neoprene covers then I tried the cover king which were cheaper and lasted just about as long. Both were made specifically for the truck not a trash bag fit like some I have seen. I have no idea how much either cost at this time but I felt either were good...
I linex’d my 01 in 02. It was still holding up just fine when I sold it in 2017 with 385k miles on it. Aside from the black color fading a bit it was still in great shape.
My 2017 had it linex’d within a week of getting it home. Same thing was holding up great when I traded it in on the 22

My 2017 had 148k on it when I traded up for a 22 which only has 58k on it. My old 01 sold it in 2017 with 385k on it, bough it was a 5.9 not a 6.7 Only problems I really had with it aside from a couple vp44’s were self induced bombing it.
The 17 only issue I can recall was the front...
i just saw this thread Same thing happening to my 2022 Longhorn. Have to soft reset it daily if not twice a day sometimes. And as mentioned by others previously it does drop out more than it did
Legendary
yes on the wiring
yes the front of the top rail is mostly open
no I don’t see the lights in the rear view mirror they are above the window
can you see them from the side of the truck well technically yes if you try looking between the post and the rear of the cab but they don’t stick...

sorry it took so long. A deer decided to broadside my truck and has been in the shop for several weeks getting the repair work done
so far so good on the rack been on there a couple years 40k miles. As you can see I also have one of their tool chests but have it hanging from the bed...
My 22 I picked it up in Nov of 21, SO, 48k miles no real issues aside from the various recalls, seat belt retractor, heated steering wheel, radio did some weird stuff I think all they did was update it, all covered under warranty and so far all is still good
My 2022 did that on the drivers side. at first it just seem to be the last few inches but got worse as time/use went by and ended like yours a foot or more and frankly became a real pita. However I took truck in for iirc a recall and asked them about it. They replaced it under warranty and has...
This may not be what you are asking but .…. I normally have my rear seats up and flat floor out. I bought a roll of material out of the automotive section in Walmart. It was like 3 or 4 feet wide by 6+ feet long ( it may have been called a trunk liner). Front to rear I had to trim a bit off and...
Well for the first many years of my driving and modding my vehicles way back when that’s how it was done. You ran wire from the battery or maybe an auxiliary fuse panel that you had installed for such stuff. Maybe you used relays and maybe you didnt. if not using an aux fuse panel you just used...
I had an extreme outback extreme air unit on my 01 for well over 10 years then moved that unit over to my 2017 when I sold my 01. When I sold my 17 the buyer really wanted the unit so I let it go with the truck. so at least 15 years under the two trucks still worked great. I had a 2.5 gallon...
I will try to get some pics tomorrow
however I do not have the side rails. Just the regular mounts for the headache rack. Then my tool box (which is also an HPI box) sits on top of them. While I have not seen their side rails in person they look to be 3 inches or so tall. If that is the case I...
I am running one of the highway products headache racks. The guardian open mesh with lights. Had it about two years now. So far so good. Really like it. No it wasn’t as cheap as some of the others out there for sure, however it also has more style than many. Though that is surely personal...
Sure. Do I think these are the best locks around? Not necessarily but most locks are beatable with a bit of effort and sometimes very little effort, however the key convenience is very nice. With 4 trailers plus a few other locks it is very helpful for me.
The lock I use for the Demco...
