Hypothetical question about U5 8.4" Nav to U5 12" conversion

They finally got it thanks to everyone they couldn't get it to turn on and finally pressing the power button and the tune at the same time it got it to work if you have a 8.4 navigation it's pretty much plug besides ics not enabled and the dcsd enabled they installed the p68526611ac and works perfectly fine and you also need the bezel

I was going through everything right now and everything is working fine the only one thing that does not turn on is the esc traction control it's like dead in push it on hold it in and nothing

I told mi cousin he had the same issue he came over and fixed in 20 minutes now everything is working as it should that's another thing that you have to move from 8.4 to 12

What radio P/N did you use? Trying to upgrade my 5500. The two numbers Jimmy gave or different?

Can I use my uconnect 5 8.4 non-nav and upgrade to a 12” screen?

I don’t care about navigation, would want everything else to work. Thank you

In your situation, the only thing you need to do is swap out the screen and center dash screen bezel. You would need screen part number 68526609AB, but 68526611AB will also work.
It would be a direct plug n play swap out, with no need to do anything with AlfaOBD, VIN, radio unlock code, or your existing radio module. You would still receive OTA updates.
