Have data to back that up? I’ve never had any problems and neither has lots of other people. True enough there are some that have had problems, but in general, that’s a false narrative.

If the sensor was failing that would be one thing, but crystals forming near the sensor and replacing the tank is silly. A good hot water bath will clear out the crystals. Did they pull the DEF injector and check it for build up? Make sure you’re using fresh def fluid. I always look at it and...

I’m gonna play the devils advocate, that thought of finding something wrong with my truck; wether perceived or reality; to justify to myself (really the DW) to trading my truck in to get the 8 speed has crossed my mind. lol.
