Been broken for me as well. Between website slowness issues (seems resolved for the most part these days) and this.. makes it really hard to want to come back and check on things.

You need to go to the dealer and have them force apply the uconnect update. I had them do it and it fixed my issue

Well, I stand corrected then. Not sure where I got the idea that the offroad package lifted it an inch or two.. maybe I'm conflating it with the 1500 offroad package which for sure does have a small lift.

Upgraded to my first 2500 diesel, a 2020 granite crystal metallic 2500 Laramie lvl 2 with the 6.7 Cummins, from a 19 1500 granite crystal metallic Laramie lvl 1 with the 5.7 hemi, and I'm loving it so far! Got the 1500 mostly for boxes and home depot runs, and wasn't really towing anything...
