My dealer did this recall a couple weeks ago. The NEW module is now having symptoms including a "trailer disconencted" warning and unexpected trailer blindspot icon showing up when not connected. Ironcially, none of this happend on the old "defective" recalled modile. They checked the new one...
A little of topic but do you recall when you got updated to that version above? I'm on an older version and having other issues. Also, what model year do you have?
I just received update R5J which appears to be related to the Telematics Box Module (TBM). AI was pretty freaking certain this would address the issue but it dissapointingly didn't.
This isn't limited to Carplay BTW, I've seen similar incorrect information or missing information when using...
Dealer never did contact me about next steps. I need to go in soon for recalls and plan to check with them again. Not really dying to go through more hoops and land on no action.
I was able to take my truck in for this. As expected, the dealer couldn't reproduce it at first without a load on the back. They did do a TCM update.

With the 25 I've actually seen less correlation between passive regen (DPF guage going down) and longer drives / driving under load. It's almost like it doens't care howe we drive... I generally see the guage go up/down alsmost randomly through the 24 hour period. I've seen it climb on long...
