Yep..at least 20 miles from pavement is ideal for us. Rarely stay in any kind of campground unless it’s somebody else's deal and going along to get along, never one with power and water etc…

Find out if the rear axle can be locked or if a locker is available. If so it will get into plenty of cool places.

My buddy’s literally won’t make it from gas pump to pump when heading north out of here and pulling his little travel trailer, has to carry cans.

Sumos in the front won’t have much to do with towing.

New hose, new clamps and new radiator cap. Make sure the overflow hose and associated aren’t blocked.

I would look to body mounts.

The 2500…~35k The Titan, just over 200k work/city miles mostly. Rode hard and put away wet, always.

I haven’t wheel bearing-ed the 2500 yet, thankfully. The Titan work truck ate some hub assemblies quick after the factory eventually failed, Autozone and O’Reillys. Put Moogs on it and has been a good while with no trouble.
