I've checked the drains.. It's been back to the dealer multiple times and they even said it's a design flaw on Chrysler and that so much water comes in at one time it has no where to go. I would never by another vehicle that has a hole cut in the roof.
I really don't think it is my drains like said in this form earlier I feel. The roof is not structured correctly and is letting way too much water at one time and it can't drain fast enough. Definitely should have been addressed by Chrysler but good luck.
Know this post is pretty old but was wondering if you ever solved The problem. I myself am having the same problem. Seem to me it is leaking from the rear of the sunroof and traveling along the roof in to the drives side channel of the roof which then runs forward and leaks by the windshield.
So update they sent it to there body shop and the body shop has no idea what to do with it. Back to the dealer to wait for a FCA rep to come out and make a decision.
Yeah it's not the drains the sunroof is supposed to let some watering hence the drains but the amount of water in coming in my sunroof is unacceptable and they have changed every component that is associated with the sun roof. Some part multiple times.
