My service guy said he’d have to keep the truck a day or two to check it out. (Backed up in engine/drive train service). I need my truck so maybe next time.

It's definitely still there at 11k miles. Actually, my truck is in for service today and I didn't bring it up. I'll give him a call now.

My service rep says they got a shipment of shocks in Detroit last week. The regional service rep says we need to wait until the 10th (the last ETA) before considering alternatives. I’ll update. I believe I found after-market suppliers with the Bilsteins in stock.

Thanks. I'm in Texas. Apparently there's a different shock for the trucks with factory air suspension than trucks with standard suspension. I have air suspension. If your truck came with factory rear air suspension I may be in touch depending on what I hear from dealer today.

Others have said the same. I've dealt with worn shocks before. Probably over-cautious with new truck and all. I've got an opportunity coming up this week. Hauling cattle cubes. Will maybe go max payload and see how it rides.
