I had the same issue and yes, they had to remove the cab. The entire front of the engine must be removed including timing gears, cam etc to remove the plate between the timing cover and the block. Not fun
I have CTD with 35's and towing heavy sucks, especially in first gear. I can't imagine it with 37's. For those not towing heavy or not really towing at all 37's look great.
I finally did it. I forgot to close the tailgate with my dump trailer attached and crunch. Very stupid oversight and likely to be expensive. Learn from my mistake - close your tailgates
It is due to the new track bar - mine did the same thing. The track bar re-centers your axle resulting in your steering wheel being off-center; that is what is causing the light - once you get an alignment the light will go away.
Fair point - I think the OBA certainly helped. I will say loading up a trailer for me to than adjust the bags independently left and right with a controller from the drivers seat is very convenient. That said, certainly many ways to get it done.
I have the TimberGrove Stainless on my 2500. Easy install and zero issues. I used the Airlift WirelessOne kit with remote. Do not cheap out and get a manual fill - you will regret it if you tow a lot.

I took the truck...
Quick update. I did put in a case with RAM Care and received a call t his morning from the case agent. They are going to pay for the repair; I am stunned :). Based on what everyone says I guess we will see if the truck will now get up to temperature.
On another note the fact that I had to...
I just put in a case with Ram Care and it looked promising for them to cover at least some of the cost. In fact, the gentleman was extremely helpful; much appreciated. I will let you all know what ultimately happens.
Hi All,
I wanted to share my current experience with a great truck and a company that continues to not stand behind its product. To give you some background, the truck is a '19 Ram 2500 CTD with 42k miles on it. I do understand that it is currently not under warranty but hear me out below...
