Update for all. My dealer is calling this "normal" since they cannot pull any check engine codes. I asked them to escalate internally to see if they can do anything to reduce the DPF regen rate, since it is going through active regen about every 250 miles now with the latest TSB installed.
I found a potential similar issue and fix on another site recommending reference to a TSB 18-102-22 Rev. A for 2020 model years. They did perform that on this last visit. Is it possible that it did not take?

I had my recall done in November of 2022. Since then, the truck had a slight hesitation (stumbling) under light throttle. The DPF also went through more frequent regens...
I have these on mine. Love ‘em. You can adjust how far they stick out from the side of the truck.

Because I wanted the 2500 and a diesel. I didn’t need either. I wanted both and can afford it. 1 year later and I’m still in love with my 2500 megacab diesel.
