dampened tailgate slams open
I installed a gas strut myself on my 1500 1 year ago and that still works ok. On my 3500 it was a factory option and it started to fail in 5 months. I will get it repaired as part of warranty but hate to loose my truck for (no doubt) a couple of days for that. Oh well, I will get my recall done...- oaktree96321

On my 2021 Ram 3500 Laramie the tailgate has gradually lost is "dampening" and now slams open. Does anyone know how to adjust the dampening function?- oaktree96321
