This is the TLDR version, but I had my center console swapped to a jump seat by my dealer. Now, the media hub does not work. There is no power to any of the four USB ports. The dealership is saying that there must be some other harness we need but for some reason they can’t find the part number...
I don't know if this is related to the update or not, but my truck is on S26.17 and CarPlay currently won't display. I'm not sure exactly when it updated, but this is the first week I've had issues. It will show it as connected on the device manager, and if I touch the blank screen it will do...

Did you end up "cutting" out the blank in your existing CHMSL to add the cargo camera, or did you get a whole new assemble with both the rear view camera and the cargo camera? I am in a similar situation where I have the digital rear view mirror but no cargo camera
Truck has estimated build date for the end of the month. Does anyone know if its too late make any changes to the build once your build date is approaching? I didn't want to bother granger asking about it if it is a pointless endeavor.
I'm getting that error too. When I checked over the weekend it showed that i had been scheduled, then this morning I got through once and it no longer showed I was scheduled, and now I just get the error message.
I just noticed that the priced order confirmation I received when my ViN was assigned is different than the configuration preview I signed when I placed the order with the dealer. I ordered a mega cab, but just realized that when my VIN was assigned it was for a crew cab. Am I SOL?
I guess I got overly excited. With the fords, the vin assignment came with a scheduled build date so I assumed getting the VIN meant I was getting scheduled. I now see that it’s not the case with Ram. Oh well
Put my order in on friday, and I just got my VIN. That was way better than the five months I waited for a VIN from Ford. How soon after the VIN is assigned do you usually see a scheduled build date show up in the tracker?
