how long were you waiting before they said they could escalate it? My tranny went out on 12/17. I got it into the shop on 12/10 and they diagnosed it on 12/21.

I haven't been able to find many details of failed Aisin transmissions on any of the sites that I have visited. There are a lot of complaints of hard shifts especially in the tow haul mode with the exhaust brake on. The dealership that i took mine new 22 to said that it would be at least 45...

I agree. I spoke with the tech that diagnosed it and he said that first and reverse clutches were completely burned out. He also said that Chrysler wanted the tranny back to figure out what happened. Hopefully the issue isn't systemic to the new trucks.
