Tried that before mine went in for repair. Did not work with mine

I did the remove the battery post trick and it worked for a few days as I think I mentioned earlier in this post. So after mine went to the shop to replace the buttons on the steering wheel, I honestly think it was a lose connection as mentioned by others.

Update Truck went in 12/17/2024 for repair. Switch on steering wheel and media hub. As of 12/17/2024 is still working Repair took about 1.5hr while waiting
