Interesting. I own a 2023 2500 and looked for the camera for a long time. 68586112AA is the correct part I needed for my truck. The only thing I can think is maybe you reversed the plugs on the signal booster or something? You should not need any additional programming to make the camera...

I will get some pics. Just got back from the first tow with it installed. Worked really well actually. Picture quality was great and the connector I ordered seems good.

The tech was able to work to get the codes added. Not through alpha either. Worked with star or something to add them. I have a pic but can’t post through Tapatalk. Trailer cam button is activated and tpms sensors worked great!

I thought I found a place to order online but it is asking for the cable type (I am not sure what it is). I have to have the 90 degree bend in the white section as well.
