Congrats on the new truck and welcome to the forum. You got a good truck that has a lot of capability. 18 mpg... sounds like you’re doing a lot of highway driving. The rest of us on here are getting 12 - 13 average in around town driving.

Welcome to the forum. 5th gen is 1500 1/2 ton, our vintage HD trucks are 4.5, haven’t been completely redesigned yet. If you post your question I’m betting someone on here has the answer. Good luck.

I’m familiar with the area. The job took me there in the early 2000’s. I spent 6 years working in Egg Harbor Township, lived in East Vineland. Good luck with your other truck. I’m interested in hearing the details of what happened if they figure it out and what FCA does for you to make it right.
It’ll tow just fine. I looked at the specs of the HG 314 and you have plenty of truck. I also have the Hemi and tow a Rockwood Signature 8329SB that’s 37‘ and weighs a little over 11k fully loaded. I tow up and down the East coast and Blue Ridge mountains with no problems. The Hemi will operate...
