I had that same chirp. You have to come to a Complete stop and press the brake in hard before shifting.

Interesting about the trac bar donut. I had a carli 3.25 kit installed on my 24 ram mega cab. Instantly after installing I'm getting a clunk on the front end only when hitting dips or those water drainways. Only happens when hitting straight on. Can play in the trac bar cause this?

I dropped off my truck at the dealer yesterday for a rattle coming from the same area. They said tensioner is binding so they're replacing that and a new belt.

I took mine to my buddies body shop and had them put on like oem style. Total for everything was about $1500

I'm taking it back to the dealer tomorrow so they can check it out. I think I found the problem. The bolt that's inside the drop bracket looks likes its moving around. My torque bar only goes up to 250 and it's supposed to be at 280 according to carli. So hopefully tomorrow they can torque...

After talking with carli. They told me the same thing. I tightened it up yesterday to were the bushing were starting to compress a little. And it was still getting the clunk feeling. Maybe needs to be tightened more?
