No they do not. You can store things behind the back seats as there is some room there. And on the drivers side behind the back seat, these is a small cubby that you can put some stuff in. The same spot on the passenger side is for the sound system. However, when you fold the seats down, it is...
Except that HD trucks are not part of the EPA cafe standards (that's why they don't even report a MPG figure on the sticker). Also, the standards have been rolled back by the current administration. I have towed through the Smokies out east and the mountains out west. And I have always had...
Seems to me that it will be a Power Wagon in name only. What made the PW unique, in addition to its awesome off road capabilities, was that soft off road ride. With that diesel it becomes just another off road truck with a rock hard ride. Basically, just another marketing gimmick.
I did end up purchasing (had to order it) a 2020 Ram 2500 Limited MegaCab with the 6.4 Hemi and 4.10 rear end. The owners manual for that model year say 87 acceptable but 89 octane is preferred. I use it to tow my 9000 pound travel trailer. I have a bit over 50 thousand miles on it now and have...
I have the 6.4 Hemi with 4.10 rear end in my 2020 2500 MegaCab. I tow a 9000 pound travel trailer. I live in Northern Illinois and have towed as far east as Cape Charles VA, as far north as Fargo ND, as far south as Key West and as far west as Yellowstone. And a whole lot of places in between. I...
When I took delivery of my truck, the first thing I did was replace those Firestones with a set of Continental TerrainContact ATs. Really loved them for towing my travel trailer, smooth and quiet on the highway, great in the rain. Only area I was looking for improvement was in winter snow/ice...
Been following this tread. On Saturday I had hooked up my TT, but when I went to start my truck it would not. Battery was fine, but I jumped it just in case. Still no luck. And yes the rotary dial would not turn no matter what. I had to get it towed to the dealership. What is interesting...
Yes the payload is not great on the 2500. But that is due to the coil spring suspension in order to provide a better ride than leaf springs. If you want more payload, go to a 3500. Or, get the 6.4 Hemi V8, it is a wonderful engine. Not sure why anyone gets the diesel in the 2500 as you cannot...
I have always wondered why RAM puts such poor tires on such an expensive truck. I wish they would allow you to choose your tire when ordering a custom build. When I got my truck I replaced those Transforce tires after about two weeks. They were just not good. I went with a set of Continental...
I tow a 30' Airstream that is just under 9000 pounds. I have towed through the smokies and the mountains out west. And I have never lacked for power. I use a Blue OX WDH with 1000 pound bars. Great combo. You will be more than fine.
