Well, RAM Chat is definitely a joke! On Monday, they told my my truck shipped and had an ETA to the dealer of between 11/16 & 11/23. I contacted my dealer yesterday (who are fairly useless at providing updates), and they said that they didn't show it being shipped. So, I checked with RAM Chat...

How were you able to determine your truck was on this load? I'm assuming that is where mine would ship to as well but my dealer is absolutely no help when I ask them for a status.

Forgive my apparent ignorance, but I've read through hundreds of these posts and still can't figure out what it means when your window sticker is available. I'm assuming it's a good thing since everyone is so excited about it?
