Well, RAM Chat is definitely a joke! On Monday, they told my my truck shipped and had an ETA to the dealer of between 11/16 & 11/23. How were you able to determine your truck was on this load? I'm assuming that is where mine would ship to as well but my dealer is absolutely no help when I ask them for a status.- eetheridge
