I forgot to say the company that made his lift kit is no longer in business and that’s why I mentioned it.

One thing to consider is when the bushings in hose new arms wear out in a few years will their bushings be available? My brother has a Wrangler 2006 or with a lift kit on it and now the bushings are worn out and it’s a little hard to find replacements bushings.

I would take the load off the suspension and then take a pry bar and see if the joint bushings have lots of movement in them.

I have 4.10 axle gears in my 2500 Hemi and I can get 18 mpg on the highway running empty. In my daily commute I get 15 mpg. Note I have a very easy commute and can run cruise control when on the interstate. If I am towing the mpgs drop a bunch.
