Yes, the pucks I believe have 2 bolts each. The gooseneck center section has 6 bolts. Once the bed is removed it should be fairly quick work to remove them.

I would guess if they shared rotors the calipers would be the same also. The difference in part numbers could be from the mounting bracket. They may share the same caliper but the bracket could be different from SRW to DRW. Most places sell calipers with mounting brackets making them side specific.
I can’t find a weight rating on them on their website. I’ve used mine to secure just about anything I’ve put in the bed of my truck without issue. They do bolt to the bedsides about every 10” which does help distribute the load.
I’m running the hi lift slide and lock that mounts on the lip of the bedside, so it doesn’t interfere with any bed space. This is the second truck I’ve had it in and it’s super handy. I’ve actually made a couple other mounts to use in it when needed.

I had a similar experience with my 2008. When I sold the truck I believe I was on the 3rd set of hydraulics. I’m not sure if it’s a design issue or what but there shouldn't be failures like that.
I haven’t installed one but I believe there would be enough room under the drivers seat. I believe there ~5” of clearance from the bottom of the seat bracket to the floor. Enough for an inverter.
