I just doubled down on General Grabber ATX. I got 70,000 on the last set. I didnt believe it myself until i pulled the invoice from last time.

Just as an update. I ran over to Michigan Monday and back Tuesday. I kept the pedal down, and rpms a hair over 2 grand. Sounds like the tech is just concerned with the flash acting up with the tune files. trying to get someone from calibrated on the phone to confirm the new part # wont be an issue

Last week or so, its been maybe high 40s overnight. I park in direct sun, so when i get in the truck is reading minimum high 50s. but it still goes into preheat rather than starting right up? is there a setting to adjust? otherwise i am wondering if its a setting on the tune i am running.

I need to do this too. Did you already look into what is required to disable the airbag? i have replaced a number of steering wheels over the years. when the leather wrap degrades it drives me insane. but each airbag is different

on occasion mine will click, but not release. usually a few good whacks will get it to pop. not a solution, but as far as i have gone with it.

OK, so the replacement bag came in yesterday. I was able to get it done before the temperature tanked. Attached is a pic looking up from the rear, the top is where the air line connects. My suggestion is to get it tightened off before getting the bag into final upright position. A couple things...

I am going to see if i can find any codes on the pressure sensor etc. i was not towing this time. When i get back under i will get some more pics, it displaced easily 4-6" inches to the front.

I bought just the bag. Salvaged the better part of the cover. Some of the cover got melted on the exhaust, I cut that part off. The bag itself was a direct swap. And once the temperature warmed up above 10 degrees, no issues.

I get this periodically. But usually does not stay out long.
