Can effects any trim level. Tailgates are the same. Only difference is the addition of the gas shock to dampen the tailgate.

If I recall correctly in Tow Haul it uses 1 thru 7 gears. In "normal" mode it uses 2 thru 8. All sorts of sensor inputs determine the correct gear. No sense the driver second guessing.

Planning an ordering a 26 Dually. Can I impose on someone with a 26 Dually diesel and rear air suspension to measure the height of the open tailgate? From the top of the tailgate (open) at the center to the ground. Parked on level ground. Thanks gang.

According to the manual the power pack comes with a cigarette lighter cable as a charging option. Highly unlikely that the power pack would draw 33 amps. Must be some circuitry in the device that limits the amount of draw if using cigarette lighter cable to charge.

I doubt that you can modify the OEM inverter to meet the requirements of your power pack. Your Generac is just drawing too much, even if by a little bit. I would suggest using the "car charger" (I checked the owner manual) cable and extending it to an appropriate DC source. More efficient...
