Mea culpa, although I will claim a little "credit" (confusion?), the holes by the tailgate are uncovered and very obvious, whereas the ones by the cab - under the retrax box) are covered by the bed liner (see photos). Thanks again everyone.

Thanks for the help. Apparently the 2024 does not have the holes by the tie down loops near the cab, the ones at the tailgate have the holes. I drilled 3/4" holes through the area I described which are just plastic knockouts and fed the drain hoses there, works great. Again thanks for all the...
