Hehe. Hell 37s look small on these trucks. :) I put 37” KO2s on mine at first and 7,000 miles later I switched to 38” Pat XT’s.
The difference was negligible and the XTs are HUGE. Look more like 4dees on the truck.
Responses are relative. I also came from the Jeep world. I spent the last 4 years driving a JKU on Fusion 60s and 40”s. So my non-power wagon tradesman with a 6.4 and 3.73s seems like a power house on 38”s. I live in the mountains of Colorado so goes without saying it needs a regear but...
I have the 2” Thuren front coils. Your truck would take the 3” front spring for the same ride height. My front sits .5” lower than the stock rear now vs 2” stock. I had to trim about half an inch off the pinch welds behind the front tire for them to clear at full stuff. My truck has no fender...
Shrugs... Had a JKU on 40”s and Fusion built axles last. A TJ on 35s before that. I live in Colorado. Off-road activities are my jam. I want my Ram to do stuff and things also. :)
The wheels are Raceline Avengers 17x9 20+ offset. Same as CJC recommends. I’m running Thuren 2” level kit and sway bar.
No I haven’t got a chance to stuff it yet. But it only slightly rubs on the rear plastic inner fender well liner. I also have Metal Cloak front radius arms I haven’t installed...
Anyone else here do some wheeling, and get dash lights? I get a warning screen pop up and light about stability control unit, and trailer brake system needing maintenance almost every time on a trail. Goes away and truck functions normal back on pavement. I don’t think my truck feels like it...
Interesting you posted this. I actually just emailed them about that very thing maybe 2 weeks ago. Apex stated that using them on a Ram truck would void any warranty of the product, but they were currently working on a solution.
I failed to mention to them that I don’t have the factory sway...
