would i have to rum my own 12 volt power wire to the wire under the fuse box. or would the enable wire from the wiring harness from western supply the 12 volts?

its a western wiring harness and isolation mod is also new. and the red wire i did add a fuse to the cd player fuse. its 10 amp but it didnt blow it

i have a 2019 and a western plow and i dont have anypower to the controller and when i unplug the 3 plow plugs from the front of the truck my headlight flash rapidly and my dash goes crazy
