Uconnect not working

Got In the truck to pick the kid up, all of a sudden it’s stuck on a blank screen with a loading wheel. No icons just the time and device manager in the bottom right.

Next time it loads, get the software version and see if it's up to date.

It updated shortly before I started having issues. Now almost every 5 minutes my CarPlay display disappears and it goes to a black screen then the connect device screen. But the music never stops or if I’m on a call it doesn’t drop.
