OK...
So this is the story. I own a 2019 ram 2500 CTD with the power running boards, the passenger side one has been acting up more than usual in the past 3 months. I have cleaned it, oil it, removed it all toghether, check the control module for loose connection, check the motor on the floor board itself for loose or faulty connector and nothing has helped. At this point I'm thinking is either the motor or the control module acting up, but I would like to know if anyone has a way to diagnosed the issue without going to the "stealership"?
By the way the symptoms: sluggish deployment and bounce back to retracted state
Thanks all.
