Um, unless I missed something big you shouldn't be due for a trans oil change and filter for a while.

Here's a note I had. Haven't done mine yet. Spec says 12qts Mopar ASRC.

gsbrockman over on cumminsforum hotshots and does his often if you want to reach out.

Aisen trans: ASRC fluid

My parts department guy told me Mobil 3309 is the equivalent. He also said drain and fill is 7.2qts and the overhaul/filter change is 13.74qts. When he looked up the Mopar fluid in the computer it listed the fluid spec. as JWS 3309.

3309 is ASRC..I have spoke to Aisin on this, If you have 4x4 you will need to loosen the Transmission cross member bolts and raise the rear 1.1/4" to remove the rear pan bolts to change the filter, the 69 filter is entirely different then the 68. Yep you will be pissed when you see the rear pan bolts within 1/2" of the cross member.

Max temp 266 deg. F trips warning light

There is a Mobil 3309 sticker right on the passenger side of mine, just above the pan. With the drain plug, it couldn't be much easier. I've done mine at 15K intervals (yeah I'm anal) and did the filter at 60K. Try Speedway Motors for a pretty good deal on the fluid.

Neither one of those is the right fluid for the Aisin. Search for Mobil 3309. Pretty hard to find locally, you'll probably have to order it.
