Too much chrome?

I have the painted bumpers and trim around the grill and it look good also, but doesn't take long to get stone chips, the chrome holds up better! Been thinking of switching over to the chrome, but it is expensive to do if buying new parts!

I like the chrome but went painted this time. The water spots I could never get off the chrome drove me nuts.

Entire front of my Longhorn is chrome. I like it, because you don't see it as often.
