Sealing Between Cab and Cap Windows

Hey everyone! I did quite a bit of searching and came up short. Maybe the search bar didn't like my terminology. I'm wondering if anyone has tried to seal between a ARE truck Cap window and the cab rear window? We will have our dogs in the back for a trip planned this summer, and just ordering my ARE cap this week. I have a 2021 Ram 2500 Laramie Cummins if that matters. Thanks in advance.
PS - They're hunting dogs and used to riding in dog carriers, etc. so I'm not concerned with them in the back for the trip.

I use to use an bicycle inner tube, 26 inch, and inflate between the cap and rear window. Worked great and cheap.

Seems to be a good option as well. Once I get the cap installed and get some measurements, I'm sure I will have a better idea.
