Why is there only one complaint on this site on the fuel pump(CP4) when there are all kinds of problems on the forum. Am I reading the NHTSA site wrong or we have not brought this problem to them correctly

Go to TSB, then to the link Ram problems on Brutal_HO response. Then click 3500 and then 2019.
