To make a long story short I need to increase my payload on my 2018 2500 Laramie 4x4 to that of a 3500. I want to add a camper and still pull my 38' trailer at the same time. Seems like there is a solution.

What do you expect to weight? Both GVW and RAW?

I would shift your focus from payload to front and rear axle weight ratings, as those are far more important.

Do you know what your truck weighs on each axle with the trailer hooked up?
