Hello all, I’m glad to be here. I’ve spent 24 years and 600,000 miles staring out of Henry Ford’s windows. The eco-boost couldn’t handle my trailer in the Rocky Mountains, so it was time for an HD. I tried to love the F-250 but the ten speed is having some issues and that engine is brought to you by tubes. Lots of tubes. I spent today putting 400 miles on my rig pulling my 8000lb camper up and down 8% grades in Colorado and Utah. I’d drive this truck to the moon if I could. I’m still getting used to sleeping with the enemy but she’s one comfortable mistress! This is my first diesel and I’m terrified that I’m going to put gas in the damn thing out of habit. LOL.

Welcome.

I sold my '01 F250 V10 and bought a 21 75th Power wagon. Loved the F250 but couldn't be happier with the new PW.

Congrats and welcome to HDRams!

If you travel out of Colorado be aware that the green handle doesn't always mean diesel fuel.

Another habit to be mindful of.
