What’s the best kit for getting the valve stems easy to use on a dually? Want a U-shaped one for the inboard wheel and then turn the outboard one over by a lug so that both stems are right next to each other and easy to access. The stock setup is crap.

Remove the current valve caps and extenders. Replace with the Gator caps and use the Milton straight chuck to inflate. Easy.

Do you know if they work ok in mud/ gravel road? I presume you just give the tip a wipe before you grab the chuck and stick er on?
Just give the end a quick wipe if dirty.
