8.4 issue with App's

When I try to press the App's button it flashes right back to the sirius screen or the radio screen. I can't access any of the Apps or settings. Any suggestions ?

I'm having the same problem in my new 2022 ram 3500. Service can't figure it out (been there 3 times). Message to ram engineers for approval to replace radio. It fails with the diesel running, today i just started pushing the app button about 20 times in a row and it started working normal. But returned to fail! Then pushing some more and started working again. What a pain, they should replace the radio!!
