2014 2500 Longhorn 4X4 6.7TD purchase

I am looking to purchase a 2014 2500 Longhorn 4X4 6.7TD with auto. Truck has 225,000 miles on it. No major modifications other the a gooseneck hitch installed. Appears to be in good condition. I haven't run a carfax on it yet.
Are there any known issues with the powertrain or transmission on these trucks?

The emission system is probably going to be the biggest point of concern, on the other hand if it is tuned then the transmission is going to be top of that list.

Just be realistic, it's a 10 year old truck with 225k. While it has life left in it, it will most likely require work at some point soon.
