2013 ram 2500, just had fire ring installed about two weeks ago. Did the CCV, grid heater delete and plugged the fuel rail myself. When I bought the truck the EGR was deleted and I assume a tune was done

Sounds like the MAP and the MAF for sure but the batteries were just replaced so not sure on the battery voltage low.
On the transmission codes could the MAP and MAF possibly throw off my gear ratios?
