WDH set up
Personally if the truck and trailer are riding good I'd leave things alone. Your measurements are almost identical to my set up and it rides great so I haven't felt the need to mess with it. -

WDH Drop shanks
I have this shank from Husky. It's a 2 1/2" so I don't need to use the receiver adapter and I can open my tailgate no problem with the camper hooked up. -

Remove / De-badge side "RAM" and or Cummins ?
The tailgate is debossed and the logo is held on with adhesive tape plus four clips and two locating pins. -
