Over heated/warped rotors will shimmy (brakes on trailer not doing their share, making truck do more work)
Loose track bar bushings will also cause a shimmy, had same thing happen to my Wrangler ...a new track bar cured...
On my 2021 the telematics' (installed by the dealer) was plugged into the OBDII connector under the dash with a Y cable.
I removed it after about a month.

Story I was told they supply systems to K9 units at the Texas border.
But, way more expensive than a pusher fan. :)
New here as well, have thought about this since it was posted.
Just thinking out loud here, but the first thing to pop into my head was the waste gate opening just momentary between shifts and under load making the noise.
Turbo still spinning high under load, transmission shifts, load goes away...
Thanks for the reply, I gathered from previous post's that a shmear of silicone is the fix, leads me to believe then the relay is a printed circuit board open to atmosphere, subject to car wash water, rain and brine.
Just wanted to help someone with a visual of a correct relay.
