    AlfaOBD

I have to take the truck in for service. Can I leave the plugs for the bypass cables connected to the terminal blocks (Canbus) and disconnected from the OBD port or does the cable need to be totally disconnected?

    Carli Pintop 2.5” Level

Check your Caster cams below and make sure they're aligned properly. If they're off, the front end will sit weird.

    Drop hitch

I was trying to determine which B&W. I measure 24" to the inside bottom of the receiver and 26.5" to the top inside. I'm kinda leaning toward the 9", just to be safe, and can always move it up to a 7" drop if needed. The issue is its so massive and a few dollars more, but would the 7" drop be...

    Lower grill light bar questions

I have the Baja OnX6 behind the grill. In my opinion, it's very bright and cutting the grill probably wouldn't yield better results.

    Radar detector hard wire

2021 here I powered mine via the Aux ignition on relay and used one of the pass through wires to my detector. Kept the detector inline fuse as the circuit can be used for other devices (20 Amp I think).

Carli Trackbar Adjustment - Wonky Shifted Axle & Thrust Angle

Took it out and checked. It was off maybe a 1/16th so redid it to precisely 39-1/8" (Red Loctite was a non-issue probably cause the wrenches used are big). There is a bit of slop in the trackbar mounting so rachet strapped the axle back toward the right side and torqued. It's still about...

Carli Trackbar Adjustment - Wonky Shifted Axle & Thrust Angle

Gonna check either way, but understand that the Carli provided measurement is what is recommended (What I will more than likely end up leaving it at). I guess my question is, if it is indeed adjusted at the Carli recommended length is the static shift of the axle considered A-OK? The only way to...

Carli Trackbar Adjustment - Wonky Shifted Axle & Thrust Angle

Much Appreciated. Lots of good points.

Carli Trackbar Adjustment - Wonky Shifted Axle & Thrust Angle

I measured by myself late at night and with my arms extended and was reading at a slight angle. In hindsight, I should have someone hold the tape measure so I could get a good overview of the hole in relation to the increments. Whatever, I'll take it out, remeasure, and adjust if needed since...

Carli Trackbar Adjustment - Wonky Shifted Axle & Thrust Angle

This is eating at me a bit lol. Measuring the trackbar accurately is wonky itself - IDK + or - 1/16" or an 1/8" (At worst). 39 1/8" total if you have the 3" coil springs. The axle is clearly biased to the left (Drivers Side) at static height perhaps a good 1/2" to maybe 1" eyeballin . I notice...

    Rear Suspension Torque Specs

The rear bolt is 315 Ft Lbs. (I think) No, I used 4x4 blocks under each tire so I could get more leverage. If you have access to a lift, it will be much easier so you can get some weight behind it.

    Rear Suspension Torque Specs

I used a 3/4" drive monster torque wrench with a 3/4" to 1/2"adaptor and 30MM socket. I have a 1/2" drive torque wrench that will only go up to 300 Ft. Lbs., If this is all I had, I would torque to 300 and give it another 1/8-1/4 turn with a breaker bar and call it good. The bolt is so tight...

RECALL: Stellantis Recalls 131,177 Ram Heavy Duty Pickups & Chassis Cabs For Fire Risk!

Mine is included. What exactly is wrong? The relay itself getting stuck or shorting?

Any updates on upgrading from Uconnect 4/4C to Uconnect 5?

Anyone have part number(s) of what is required aside from the special harness to make this work? Assuming the head unit is big $$?
