With the ARB dual nonexistent figured I’d give the Viair product a try. Found the 20002 and it looked pretty solid for what I want to do. Air up my 37’s. Summit had a good price, got it in two days and started the install. So far just roughed in.
Fab’d a bracket with my Bro for the spare location. I know someone will ask. Bottom of compressor tray is 31” from level ground.
Added a little truck bed liner to the bracket.
Compressor mounted.
Final resting place with tank
Electrical and airlines to follow over the next few weeks when time allows. Going to try and put a on/off switch and pressure gauge in the Rambox to look factory like the installed electric outlet. And one more thing. Compressor air filter goes out toward passenger side and up to where the tail light is. So it’s around 60”. From the ground.
Stay tuned for more…..
