To Lift or Not to Lift

Purchased a 2018 RAM Bighorn, 6.4 Hemi that I will be using for light duty. This vehicle is '5th wheel ready' (hitch mounting points in the bed) but the likelihood of me attaching a 5th wheel trailer to this truck is non-existent...thus my dilemma: Do I have a front end lift kit installed and will this kit provide a smoother more stable ride. Currently, the front end is 3 inches lower than the rear and I'm seeking advise to lift or not.

Judging by the your name I'm assuming this truck is a 2500? I don't see any negative in installing a quality leveling kit to get a smoother ride. Recommendation would be Thuren or Carli level kits. CJC offroad offers a ton of videos on the Carli kits (they are the largest Carli dealer), Thuren kits seem to be bigger with the power wagon guys but I've got Thuren on mine and absolutely love it.

Are you going to bigger tires? Might look a little funny with a level and stock tires. If I was staying with stock tires I think I would leave it alone.

The stock tires are 285 60R 20, how much bigger do you recommend I go and what are the advantages?

35s or the metric equivalent will fit and look good with a level. Some guys go with 37s.

If you go with Thuren you have the choice of different lift heights. I've been running their stuff on my 2004 for years and just put it on my 2022.
