2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

With the numbers that Mark and Bud Clary were turning out, I assume it’s all on the up-and-up. Ram would have busted them long ago.

Why are earth is anyone in here bitchin or being negative about the great prices we are getting? Doesn’t take much to screw up a good thing

Bingo!! These are both on point and true. There is a proven track record of both dealerships taking care of people, it does happen. They are above board and would have been shut down long ago if they were doing something against policy. It's pretty simple to those reading this, if you don't trust the deal then don't make it, but don't harp on every one that did and has had great luck so far.

One of forum members put his quote on here last week I believe. List was $86495-Invoice was $80622 less holdback which was $2545=$78077. He said they quoted him $76886. That is basically Employee pricing? Showed it to local dealer principal who i know quite well and he said no way. Brought up the Michigan dealer who had sales guy cheating who got caught this spring.
10k off on an 86k truck would be right about EP pricing.Parkway CJDR got busted big,or at least the salesman.

I've been debating replying or not; this thread is to post and discuss builds/deals, I'm not sure this ongoing -- and frankly pointless -- debate needs to continue. Many members are ordering from these dealers. Many members have gotten their trucks as promised, and to the best of my knowledge, no one's been shut down or screwed on a deal. As it's been pointed out elsewhere upthread, guaranteed sales plus minimal lot time equals less cost. Volume sales (I know the person I worked with had over 100 in the pipeline) also gets preferential treatment.

If you're suspicious, order elsewhere. Pay more if it makes you feel better. I'm happy knowing I got a great price and didn't have to haggle at all. It's how car buying should be these days.

Folks, let's stay on topic. This thread is discuss your BUILDS and ORDERS.

Start a new thread if you want to discuss how dealers get to their pricing. If it continues here, the posts will get moved or deleted depending on my mood and available time.

I wonder if the new trailer tow mirrors will be flip up or extendable?

I was part of a focus group at FCA for trailer tow mirrors, they knew the flip ups were not as good as other companies, since the only way to build a truck is using the 21 brochure who knows,we have been testing mirrors for the last year, thats how the power convex came about.

Long time reader, first time poster, just got off the phone with Bluebonnet C/R/D in New Braunfels, TX, told me 2022 orders are invoice + $500.
Will post my build after I get the quote back.
Check with Covert Ram Austin if you haven’t already. Chuck S. told my buddy a couple weeks ago at a test drive he MIGHT be able to get invoice for an order. YMMV

I just built a truck through Bud Clary in Moses lake Washington. We put together a 3500 Longbox crew cab Laramie, level B package. I dealt with Gary the sales manager. He made me a great deal that was close enough to Mark Dodge that I was very satisfied! He was very professional and super easy to work with. Couldn't be happier with how it worked out. With his permission I'll provide his email. He said he would be happy to have people reach out to him directly. His email is [email protected]. If you reach out to him, please let him know you heard about him on this forum. Good luck!

How close?

I'm going to order a 2022 Laramie this week. I live in michigan and am normally am able to reach out to a director or similar at FCA and they usually get me CDI code for EP + $200 (worked 2x so far).
Does anyone know what the potential for the dealer to go lower would be? for example $75k MSRP, EP +$200 is $66,200. Are dealers able to go lower than this?
