2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

I am only stating this cause I prefer to have the leaf springs over the coils with pulling loads. :). I wasn't aware of this until ordering this truck. A friend has a 2500 with coils pulling a 30ft trailer and they don't work worth a dam. He had to install the airbags were as I would rather have factory leaf's and not have to deal with airbags.
I agree I would rather have the leaf's than the coils.....if using the truck as intended. My 2019 Ram 3500 SRW has rear leaf springs with the factory air suspension. It works really well. The 2500's have a low payload capacity (or at least I think so...see towing/payload chart below) with the coils. The coils will give you a decent ride better than the leafs....although some say the leafs ride better....I know my truck rides better with some weight in the bed.

I will say if you ever have to add air bags to any Ram truck.....your new 2022 3500.....take a look at these they cost a little more but they have it all over other neame brands.....I have no stock or ownership in this company.....read many reviews before purchasing them.....I added these to a 1500 Ecodiesel I had and they worked really well.

Can someone PM me Sandi and Aarons info from Mark Dodge in LA please. Maybe copy it all from an Email coorispondence and give me their email please. I am a little jaded because the info I am finding about personel on line does not include them. So it is out of date I guess. Plus I called the dealership Sales and they told me she does not work there, that she works in Houston and then they put someone else on the phone. HMmmmmmmmm........

[email protected] will get you in touch with Sandi

Aaron's email is [email protected]

What are folks seeing in the way of incentives this month? All I see on RAM's website is an interest rate incentive for the 3500s. PenFed $1000 still out there? TrueCar doing $500 still? Has anyone asked their order dealer to "lock in" current incentives as discussed in the beginning post of the 2021 ordering thread?
I was given 2 grand off sticker and 2.9 for 72mos

For anyone wondering about adding Tow Mode, here's what Sandi and I worked out.
  • You can add the Tow-Mode Digital RR View Mirror Pkg (AVF) as a stand-alone package
    • Includes the Digital Rearview Mirror (GRG) and Tow-Mode Camera (XH7)
  • If you add Safety Group B, you CANNOT also add the Tow-Mode Digital RR View Mirror Pkg (AVF).
    • Safety Group B already includes the digital rearview mirror, so selecting it doesn't allow AVF to be selected.
  • You CAN, however, add Tow-Mode Camera (Wired) (XH7) as an ala-carte option along with Safety Group B so you end up with both items included in the AVF package.
    • This ala-carte add-on costs $450, this is what I added to my build. I didn't opt for Trailer Surround View.

To expand on this. You can add Trailer Surround 360 (XN1) $995 to the Tow Mode (XH7) $450. This was added to a Limited Level 1 (A69) equipped truck.

I am not sure how the plugs on the back of the truck would work, but it did allow Sandi to add them.

Aaron Ginsburgh, New Car Sales Manager his email is listed directly on their website.

Sandi Amrith, Virtual Sales Manager, looks like she started there in May of this year. According to her Linkedin.

I don't think there is anything to worry about here.

Yes and it makes sense that she works from Home in the Houston TX area. But her name is spelled differently in Linkedin. It all kind of makes sense. Almost everything I do like this I MUST be able to independently verify. I just mailed Checks paying for my House I am buying to a place that the info was given to me by the Listing agent. You can bet I verified everything several ways on line before addressing the envelope. I am assuming Sandi is going to want a deposit. Etc.

Yes. They’ll want $1000 deposit.

Also the Aarron on here is not the same as Aaron Ginsburgh. It is a different Aaron. The name and the e-mail posted do not match.

If your truly that concerned, and serious about ordering, why not make a quick call to General Sales Manager, Randy Desormeaux. I’m sure he’d be more than happy to clear up ANY concerns you might have. Really simple solution.

Aaron Ginsburgh came in here from the 5thgenrams sister site. Same guy.

I don't really need help. Someone posted Sandi's number. Thats all I need. I was just pointing out some inconsistencies. I do not want to call Randy, because the one time I called they immediately handed me off and were trying to change the direction of my intent. And that was to talk to Sandi. Which is what I would expect Randy might do. I called asking for Sandi and I would think someone who is straight up would have given me her contact info or transfered me to her Voice mail etc. You know Randy? You think he would put me in touch with her? Or maybe he has some other ideas? I honestly had a real hard time finding any info on how to contact Sandi my own reading through these threads. Everybody talks about her. But no real contact info being shared. So that is why I finally asked in here. I just thought it a little strange that so many doing deals with her and I literally drew a blank on her Contact info or anything about her in their staff page or web site on line. I am good now. If I am going to order a Truck I will just call her and do it !

Thank you. For some reason when I was reading the email link it was not computing. It's Aaron G @ Mark Dodge dot Net. Duh!

The contact method listed in this thread was to send an email to Aarong@(you-know-the-rest) and request Sandi reach out to you. Tell him you're a member at HDRAMS.COM.

It's not unusual to limit posting direct contact numbers on a publicly accessible website. The spam bot and trolls then start up.

Funny, before I got Sandi's contact info here I tried calling the dealership too and requested speaking with Sandi and got transferred to a guy named "Vito" who quickly pointed out that he was a "14yr Ram expert" and he could do anything for me that Sandi could, I asked to speak with her again, he put me on hold, came back said he spoke to his manager and he approved him (Vito) to do anything Sandi could and claimed he was a Ram expert again. So I gave him a quick shot and asked a couple questions that any 14yr seasoned and zipples, nada, no answers and I promptly told him I'll happily wait for Sandi and let me tell you, she is AMAZING to work with!!

You still got the truck's surround view camera's correct? Its part of the safety group B....correct? Why wouldn't you want the Trailer Surround View Cameras......because they are wired?

Truck Surround has been a part of Towing Tech on the Laramie level I believe. Safety was Auto Cruise and Lane Keep I think.

I’m pretty sure I’m passing on all the Trailer add-on stuff since I currently only have a flatbed and might add a dump and/or more flatbeds. Had a camper and don’t plan on going back to owning again.

I don't typically need help backing a trailer in and didn't think the hassle was worth it for me. If it was wireless, then maybe I'd consider. The digital rear view trailer cam felt more useful to me personally, especially since it can stay on while driving.

I do have truck surround, part of towing tech package.
