Anybody Have Any Issues with the new HD's yet?

So mine just stalled coming to a stop yesterday. D was flashing, but no CEL and the message on the EVIC was "shift into park to start engine"

Wasn't towing, engine was warm. From about 50mph I came to a gradual stop before it shut off. I know I read someone else having this problem

I haven't yet, but may wait until it happens again. Im afraid it will be so intermittent the dealer won't duplicate, and I have bad luck with dealers screwing up my vehicle

After reading through this thread, I went and checked all the fuses in my new truck to see if they were loose. About 60% of mine weren’t fully seated, I pushed them all in and now they are fine. They all fit nice and tight in their slots, so they aren’t “loose” as in like you hit a bump and they are going to fall out, but they just weren’t fully seated. It was hard to tell they weren’t seated until you really looked closely at them, it’s a little easier to tell when an unseated fuse is sitting right next to a fully seated fuse. On the small square fuses you couldn’t tell they were / weren’t seated until you pushed down on them and they moved. This is definitely one of those things that I never thought to check on in a new vehicle, but going forward it is definitely on my new vehicle check list.

Had my first issue today after about 4K miles. It rained hard for a while and my drivers side grab handle in the cab was dripping water. First start and stop about a tablespoon of water poured out. Has anyone experienced or heard of this? I’m wondering if it’s a clearance light on the cab or sunroof drain not hooked up? Really not looking forward to visiting the dealer.

Did you ever find this issue ? I’m having the same on mine

I got a warning for electronic throttle this morning. Got a stability control warning at the same time but it went away in a couple of starts. I hope it’s fine to drive on since we have another 2000 miles to get home on our camping trip for the holidays.

Ambient lighting for the storage pockets in the doors (if equipped) is provided by a shrouded, acrylic-like light tube fed by a LED. These tubes may not be fully seated in their clips and will droop down below the shroud. Both back doors had this issue.

160 miles and other than the massive amount of oil some idiot leaked all over the top plastic cover by the fill and down on to the coil packs and the rear power slide window being slow to close/open it's ok so far. And I just got an email dealership survey last night.

I just checked mine and lo and behold virtually every 20-30 amp double wide fuse needed to be seated further. A couple of smaller fuses did too, but most were fully seated. There are a few even larger 40 amp fuses and they were fine.

Have 1900 miles on mine and the only issue I have experienced so far is the 12" command console. It has locked up, froze, made random calls to my own cell, changed channels on it own so I think its haunted. LOL Small upper glovebox wont stay closed either. Have appointment with dealership this coming Monday to address the issues. Other than that I love the truck, she's a BEAST...

Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone has had any issues yet with their new HDs? I'm close to ordering mine and I'm little hesitant being its the first year, even though I know it isn't completely all new.
My ram hd hood shakes like crazy shakes @ 65 mph have not gone back to dealership yet only 700 miles.I thought it was going to fly open pulled over to make sure it was latched correctly

Anyone else notice the retaining clip for the driver's side sun visor isn't very strong? A few times ive had it down for direct sun, then when I flip it back it just comes right out so I have to put it back in

LOL mine is the opposite... every time I put it down it pops out!

1900 miles here, but had it since late July. 4 issues to report.
1-Hood shaking at highway speeds (which seems to be wide spread).
2- 8.4 radio sometimes won't turn on for 2-3 mins after start-up. happens about 3xs a week. The only thing that shows would be the reverse camera. No sat radio or regular radio, no climate controls, and no apps.
3-This one worries me most. This has happened 4xs. On a cold start, it won't shift out of 1st gear unless I rotate selector to neutral then back to drive.
4-Hardware from dealer installed mopar mud flaps is rusting.

One other curious thing. On the custom dash set up, I have the trailer brake control selected. It reads brake level even when no trailer is connected, it was not like this on my '13.

Still loving it though.

Not a 2019 but I had to get a full engine replacement in my 2018. Only had 4K miles on it. So I lemon lawed it. Now have a 2020 on order. Hope I have better luck this time.

If not, I kindly recommend doing so as they are in the best position to assist. Our team is just a PM away if you are in need of any additional support for that process.

These lights went away a couple of days ago and haven’t come back. I definitely do not have the hood shake after a ton of driving across super windy southern New Mexico and West Texas the last two weeks so it is definitely something that can be fixed.
