You're right. Checked with Ram Chat today and they said it is now in the shipping stage. No ETA but it seems to be moving along quickly now!
 
Hey all. Update on my build. Ordered from Dealer here in NY on April 30th, they actually ordered it on May 3rd. I was just told today the truck is built and now has been released for shipping. FCA chat can no longer see anything else. Build sheet on Crypto, no window sticker yet. Email from FCA on May 29th said eta to dealer is 7/21/21. We shall see how long it actually takes for shipping.

2021 Ram 2500 CCLB, Hemi, Big Horn Level B, Night Edition, Patriot Blue.

Contacted my dealer today and he said my truck is still expected on the 16th. Guess the train wreck caused a week delay.

The information on this form will put FCA Canada to shame, "talk to your dealer" is about all you get . And, if they decide to say more, there's a good chance it will cause problems for you later.

you can try "ram chat", I suggest at night... and try to avoid telling them its a canadian order. good luck!

I tried ram chat. They said call FCA Canada. Problem is, I don’t even have a VIN on the truck I ordered in February. My dealer told me they don’t get a VIN until the truck is built. Which obviously isn’t the case for lots of people on this forum.

Ya that is crazy! I bought January 15th and I think I got my VIN March 19th. I have no frigging clue where my truck is at in the build process right now, our dealerships suck! It has become a full-time job just chasing sales managers for an update and every time I get one of them on the phone I get a different story and my estimated delivery date now looks to possibly be mid-July. If anyone in Ontario gets contact info for the Regional Rep please share it.

@RamCares is there anything you can do to help with any updates with the Canadian orders for those of us so (not so) patiently waiting and struggling to get any updates?

I am in BC Canada. Your dealer is lying. All they have to do is check the status of the order(if they actually ordered it) and it will tell them the state of the order. As soon as the vin is there they will see it. They should at minimum have a VON by now. I ordered mine on feb 2 and received the truck 2 weeks ago. I got my VIN within a few days of the order being placed.

Just got a phone call from dennis dillion my truck has arrived. I will be picking it up on Thursday

I ordered it at Wilmington Auto Center from Clinton Becker #thehonestcarguy.

I bought mine from Victory in Kansas city Kansas the black one sitting next to it is waiting for its owner from Ca. Thats a long ways for a truck.
