What did you do TO your RAM today?

I thought no waxing before Ceramic coating, least that's what my detailer told me...

Are you doing a DIY ceramic coating or professional job? Interested to see how it goes if DIY.

Halogen headlights - low level (tradesman / bighorn / lonestar)
LED reflector headlights - mid level (Laramie)
LED projector headlights - premium level (Longhorn / Limited)
Had to look it up, but it appears I have the mid level also...

Nice! I plan on the same. How much did you pay for them?

I got them from BAM Wholesale Parts. They were $437.31 each plus about $30 shipping. I also ordered everything to do the LED fog lights, but still waiting on one fog light that is on 5-7 day backorder.

Correct. Polish just removes the flaws in the paint. E.g., swirls and light imperfections. You want the paint stripped of any chemicals before ceramic and have to do a wipe down with isopropyl alcohol to remove any compound or polish residue once polish is complete.

I just did it this weekend on my car. The polish stage took 10 hours on Saturday despite it being a garage queen that was foam washed and spray waxed regularly. Hence, my question — hoping only a single stage light polish is needed on the truck.

XPLE PPF, Window Tint and center console organizer installed. Really pleased with how the XPEL turned out.

Mud Flaps up next, followed by Ceramic Coat.

Looks great! Do you have a link to center console organizer?
