I sent them an offer of 5.5% under invoice on a power wagonHope no one is trying to get a deal in Ohio. I’m searching for a very specific truck and found one at Wally Armour in Alliance, OH. I emailed the the dealership and asked for the FCA Affiliate price and he said “Due to current market conditions and limited availability of these trucks we are not accepting supplier discounts. Our best foot forward would be $79180.” Which $79,180 was MSRP!!! He followed that up with “We are a non commission dealership and we still have great pricing.”! Sucks, because I’m not having much luck finding my dream truck!

oh no, that sucks. Did he give you a contact for someone else?Texted Philip Olson and he just responding saying doesn't work there anymore. Anyone else find out about this as well?
They might be going in “another direction” with the dealership. Start charging MSRP instead of volume discounting.Oh no

Send an email to [email protected] and he’ll get someone to work with you (a few of us are talking to Sandi, who is awesome).which salesperson at Mark Dodge have people had a good experience with, hopefully they continue their approach
I really hope not! And if so they better honor my deal. My truck just got there and I’m supposed to pick it up next week as I’m out of town.Texted Philip Olson and he just responding saying doesn't work there anymore. Anyone else find out about this as well?
I would have to imagine they honor it. Keep us posted as I have a truck en route right nowI really hope not! And if so they better honor my deal. My truck just got there and I’m supposed to pick it up next week as I’m out of town.
Wonder if ownership or upper management changed. Not sure how they'll continue to be a volume dealer with this new approach. They might be going in “another direction” with the dealership. Start charging MSRP instead of volume discounting.
I worked directly with Aaron a month ago. He did apologize for it "taking so long to get back to me" even though it was the same business day, granted at the end of it, but I didnt care. He told me he was in the process of hiring some help, so that must be Sandi that has been mentioned.which salesperson at Mark Dodge have people had a good experience with, hopefully they continue their approach
Phillip set me up with a salesman who set me up with another salesman ha. I called him and seems like there shouldn’t be any problems with the deal I agreed on. Only concern is if they try to give me less for my trade but hopefully not. Salesman says he has my folder with all the details. I won’t be picking up till the 30th or 31st when I’m back in town but might wait till after the 1st to see what new incentives ram has.I would have to imagine they honor it. Keep us posted as I have a truck en route right now
Carvana says $43,471 and Phillip was at $46,000. About 3 weeks ago Carmax said $44,600 so I’ll see what happens and keep my options open if I have to use them.Check out Carvana for selling instead of trade in, they offered me about 10% more than local dealers.

I do hope the deal still applies as I placed my order with Phillip on 4/28 and received the window sticker a few days ago.
I have the 'Sold Factory Order Deposit' form which is signed, but the window sticker is the online one and doesn't have my name on it just yet. I believe the paper window sticker would have my name still. You should have a signed purchase agreement (contract).
Your window sticker will have your name on it.
Should be fine.

Hopefully one of the other folks in sales can confirm tomorrow once I reach out.
